Step: 1
Register your company with the Department of Business Development.
Step: 2
Register as a taxpayer with The Revenue Department. VAT registration can be done by submitting the application online at www.rd.go.th or by submitting a paper application at the VAT registration unit at the place of business.

Register as an exporter with the Customs Department. You can complete the registration through three channels: the Customs Department website, the Customs Trader Portal, or the Customs Department’s registration service units.

Register as an exporter with the Department of Foreign Trade to obtain a central Username/Password for accessing various services and/or systems provided by the department.

If an export permit is required from a government agency, you must register with the relevant agency for the export permit. This includes submitting a request for inspection and obtaining a Phytosanitary Certificate from the Department of Agriculture or the Food and Drug Administration, depending on the destination country.

Finalize the delivery terms and operational and transportation costs with the buyer (Incoterms).

Arrange vessel, aircraft, or truck space (Freight forwarder).

Carry out customs clearance using the PAPERLESS system by issuing Goods Transition Control for export handling. The export procedures by sea, land, and air will vary.

Apply for a Certificate of Origin from the Department of Foreign Trade. There are two types of application forms—DS and ESS—depending on the destination country.

Set the arrival date of the vessel/aircraft to the destination country.
