Each overseas delegation group must consist of a minimum of 10 members.

All delegates are required to attend at least three business matching meetings.

The Head Delegate is responsible for submitting the following documents:

Photocopies of all delegates’ passports for hotel reservations, submitted by (10 October 2025).

Completed pre-registration and pre-matching forms for each delegate.

Onsite matchmaking evaluation form (to be completed during the event).

Two representatives must be invited to participate as corporate buyers in the onsite interview.
